Options

Expiry and view limit
The link stops working at a date or after N views.
Downloads
None, optimized variants only, or optimized plus the original upload.
Pinned version
Show a specific version instead of the live one.
Stats and watermark
Show the model stats table; add the GLBoost badge.
Comments
Let viewers leave comments (see below).
Notify on first view
Email you the first time the link is opened.
Revoke
Turn the link off immediately; the audit log stays.

Share pages never expose long-lived CDN URLs for private assets: the page mints ten-minute signed URLs for the viewer and for downloads.

Comments

Viewers give a name and email once per session (magic-link and organisation viewers are already identified), then post comments, optionally pinned to a point on the surface with the camera that saw it. Pins are numbered on the model; clicking one jumps the camera. You see the same thread on the asset's Preview tab, can reply, resolve, and delete, and get an email for each new comment; reviewers get an email when you reply. Guests are limited to twenty comments an hour per session.

Collections

A collection groups up to fifty assets in a project. Sharing a collection produces one link with a grid; viewers pick an asset to open it in the viewer with its hotspots, downloads, and comments.

Audit log

Each viewer session records first and last seen, time on page, country, device class, and events: views, downloads (with the variant), and comments. Emails are recorded for identified viewers. Raw IP addresses are never stored; a hash is used for rate limiting.
