Terms of service

Draft. These terms are a plain-language starting point and have not been reviewed by counsel. The operating entity, governing law, and contact address are placeholders.

1. The service

GLBoost ("the service") is operated by [Company legal name] ("we"). It optimizes, stores, and delivers 3D model files you upload, and lets you share them with people you choose.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us the licence needed to store, transform, cache, and deliver it as the service requires, including to the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the rights to upload it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or malware. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access other accounts, or disrupt the service. We may pause or remove content and accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, with usage beyond the plan allowance billed in arrears at the rates on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination and data

You can delete assets and your account at any time. Deleted files are removed from storage within thirty days; caches expire within their cache lifetime.
